Toddler's "extra" Tooth?

Question

My son is 20 months old and has all his teeth (except his 2 year molars), but he also has an extra tooth.

It's right between his front teeth and his 1 yr molars.

Here's a picture I took when I first noticed it, it has now come through fully.

The 1 and 2 are his 2 front teeth and the white arrow is the "extra" tooth. I took this a couple months ago to show a friend of mine.

I'm not really worried because I don't think there's anything that can be done about it.

I just wanted to know if this was common or what?

are you sure it's not his first molar?

hi, I'm pretty sure thats normal (don't take my word for it).  If your worried take him to a dentist.  But once Again I don't think you have anything to worry about.  I hope I helped you, Good luck!
