My toddler loves Avocado. She will eat 1/2 of Avocado just like that.. no salt or sour cream. I know it got high fat content. but she is not fat and always in 10 percentile. So, I have to put some fat in her foods. She burns lot of calories. My question is: Is it OK to eat lot of Avocado? Is there any harm ?

  1. as long as she eats a good range of foods, a bit of extra avocado is not likely to harm her.

my son will eat carrots, by the bag if i let him!

  2. it shouldnt be any problems. If she was overweight it may be a prob but since she's not let her eat what she wants to! the more healthy the food the better. at least it's not potato chips or candy :)

My 2 yr old loves to eat ice. It's frowned upon, but if it makes her gums feel better while the molars are cutting then she can eat it :)

    hope this helps!

  3. my mother law has always told me that they are good for kids. My son (who is 1) loves them! I did google this, and this is what I found. I'm not sure the age of your little one, so this may be a little young, but it has some good facts!
