  1. yes be glad that he wakes up!! I don't think going back to super absorbing diapers is a good idea... wake him up before he wets himself , you don't want him to rely on diapers again!!

  2. Get him up before he wets the bed; and be patient he soon will be toilet trained. But enjoy your time while he is young and dependant. the real fun starts in a few years.

  3. Try waking him up before you go to bed and let him go to the bathroom. That way, he may not wake up at 2 am. Maybe you could try the overnight diapers at night, too. They are more absorbent, so maybe he won't feel it as much. Good luck.

  4. use a diaper brand that absorbs well and with a gel like cotton fiber. It doesn't feel wet at all.

  5. use a diaper it soaks really well. ideally to night potty train him you should wake up in the middle of the night and make him pee in the toilet.

  6. I know this will sound wierd but get him up at about 1030/1100 to use the potty and then put him back to bed. I use that with my 3 and 4 year olds and they have not had accidents in a long time.

  7. Be glad he is waking up, that means that soon he will be breaking himself of the nighttime wetting.  When he wakesup like that take him to the potty and encourage him to go then take him back to bed.  That will encourage him to get up at night and go potty instead of wetting in his pullup.
