Toddlers staying the night at grandma's house?

When did your toddler first stay the night at someone else's house like grandma and grandpa's house?

I went when I was 7. I was a scared little kid, but I felt better because it was at Grandmas, and she was like family. But not real young becasue they dont grasp the concept of staying over nite.

6 months. My mom watches my sons while I am working, and they have their own room there. They have been staying over about twice a month for the past few years, and they love the extra time with grandma.

With my husbands mother, our youngest was 2 when they first stayed over. They only visit her maybe once every couple weeks though, and they are kind of uncomfortable at her house. Honestly, they wouldn't spend the night there at all, but we are trying to remodel our house, so there have been times when they could not be at home.
