Toe moving by itself??

Question

ok so i just found out that when i move my big toe up and i keep my little ones down, the one next to the big toe wanted to go up so its like my bone is pulling on it without me wanting to move it?

whats wrong??

Its a syndrome called moving toe mine is worse it moves non-stop and hurts like h**l i researched allot and found out allot but there is still no solution for the syndrome all around the world. So i am really depressed cause of the pain anyway i hope yours not as bad as mine
