Question:

Toe pains from walking, never running?

Ive been getting this pain in my toe, it is usually in my left foot's big toe but once the right foot got sore too. It hurts when I bend the toe. It's been happening for a couple months, and it started right around the time I got some new shoes that I run and walk in. I haven't aggravated the toe with running--only walking, so I'm thinking maybe it has something to do with the shoes? Is that possible?

I do anywhere from 3-8 miles a few times a week, and I've been doing it for a long time with no problems until recently. Maybe I just need to let it heal? I stopped for like a month after the first time it hurt but now it's starting to hurt again.

  1. Just run everywhere.

  2. you need to get some shoes with some better toe support, Track and feild/ xc will hurt your shoes very much, so make sure you get comfy cross trainers.  A good shoe to get for training is the air make moto 5 (nike) it helps a lot! there heavy, but that can only make you faster. Just make sure you have another pair of speedy running shoes. Because clearly, if it only started to hurt when you got new shoes, thats the problem, good luck!

  3. try getting some new shoes with better support hope this helps
