What r some good drills or tips on how to get my toe-touch better in time for cheer tryouts.

  1. stretch every morning and night and practice


  2. you can get you splits down (espically middle splits down) - and you ca drill them..........hope that helps :)

  3. eat tons of bananas and you'll be "ON THE sQUAD!"
