Toefl ibt and preparation time?

Can I prepare for it in 10 days?

Really depends how used to using English you are. If you don't speak/use it regularly or have trouble with it, I'm not sure 10 days is enough time. I mean, it does cost money to take it, if you know what I'm saying.

Just 10 days! What you could do is take a set of simulated tests and be familiar with iBT test.  You can install the software, TOEFL iBT Listening & Speaking & Writing Conqueror Suite(English Edition) , to take some real tests free. Yes, it is free.
