Toefl ibt urgent help needed

hi! Its been a month since i took toefl ibt ...Yesterday i got a mail claiming that my scores have been cancelled because of a technical fault and they have asked me to take the again...I dont know wat to do now? please help ... shall i take it again or do i have any other options???
