Toefl question?

Question

so i know there are differrent types of toefl includin the IBT

and the paper test my question what is the CAT toefl i mean what does it stand for

the second question if i take the IBT toefl does that include the writing skill coz in my college requirment they wrot that they need the IBT score to be between 70 and 80 and the writing skill to be between 20-24

they teach us writing skill in the IBT so does that count

this is some other information that you are not asking for still if you have done your O level then you are automatically exempted from IELTS and TOEFL on the condition that you got A-C grades in english... if yes then you dont have to bother with the test and just show them your results.
