Question:

Toenail loss problem?

Hi. I noticed yesterday that my left pinky toe's nail was falling off. It fell off today, now the same thing is happening to my right pinky toe's nail. I didn't really think that it could be anything bad, but I just wanted to make sure. Diabetes runs in my family on my dad's side. I'm scared because I'm 15, and diabetes is something that I really don't fantasize about.Thanks. :)

  1. See a Dr. immediately. That is not normal.

  2. Yep it's bad circulation.  Eating citrus fruits will help to improve your circulation as it contains Rutin, a nutrient that strengthens your capillaries, small blood vessels.  You could also have it as a supplement.

I get flaky/falling off toe nails  and I have always had a good diet but once I started taking the supplement as well it started to improve.

  3. The same thing happened to me. It was related to stress on my feet from working long hours in shoes that were too tight.
