I buy them here in Toronto, but in other provinces that have Asian communitys and in Alberta and B.C there is a chain called T&T Supermarkets, if you have a Japanese specialty store in town your in luck, there are several types all vegan and I make them often, if not available, try Soba a buckwheat noodle, not white or wheat flour in them, good hot or cold. Check the local places you might find them or drop me a line and I can forward you to a place in your area, let me know.

  3. I would'nt bother. I was like Oh Em Gee! 40 calorie noodles and they're tofu! but they taste REALLY nasty and they're almost too chewy to eat. It's not worth the trouble.
