What's this mean that "together with all right" & "appertaining thereto."

Hmm, well, 'together with all right' is a little vague taken out of context, so I'm not completely sure about that one.

'Privileges and honors appertaining thereto' I have heard before....I believe it means someone has earned the right of, for example, that is usually a quote that is on diplomas.
