Toggle switch for use with Flight Simulator X?

Hi I'm trying to get help of how to create a 'pulse circuit' for use with a toggle switch which is connected via a usb pc interface to my pc.

The toggle switch will be used to operate certain functions in flight simulator like 'gear up' and 'gear down' etc...

If I just connect the toggle switch and use it flight simulator will see a permanent contact and will continuously put the gear up/down/up/down etc... etc...

What I need to create is a circuit that generates a short "pulse" every time the toggle is flipped from one position to the other.

I know you can use an array of circuits etc to do this but can any one point me in the direction of where to buy the parts and maybe a wiring diagram?

I'd like to try and use a reed relay but would like advice please?
