  1. if your exit pipe is plastic, it could be collapsed- you'll have to dig it up to find that problem...if it's hard pipe, there's an obstruction someplace down the line..some companies have special pressure tanks to "blow out" lines, that's a possibility, but expensive....there are also some over the counter liquids that are pretty darn potent when it comes to unclogging lines, check with your local plumbing supply store...if you're saving money it'll come down to YOU searching and finding the clog! If you have(and you should) have a clean-out plug in your line(under the house for instance) start your search there..snaking from the toilet itself is a waste of time...good luck.

  2. When that happened to me I had to get on the roof and run a water hose down the vent. You push the hose down as far as it can go and have someone turn the water on full blast. Wjile you are on the roof do it to all the plumbing vents on the roof. I actually do this about twice a year whether I need it or not.

  3. sounds like a main sewer line is busted,

  4. you need to call a plumber at this point if you do anything else it is probably going to cost your more.

you could have a busted pipe that is stopping things up or you could have a blockage that needs a longer snake....
