  1. Well since a "bowel" is what connects your stomach to your rear end I really don't think you want THAT full of water. LOL

  2. call a plumber

  3. rempove the tank lid and see if the black rubber flapper valva is sealing off the large howl in the bottom of the tank. If the water keeps filling into the bowl, and never stops, you're flapper is not doing its job. Try repositioning the flapper. make sure the handle is not caught on anything and preventing the arm from fully closing. first things first

  4. it's probably plugged, try using a plunger

  5. See if the water valve supplying the toilet is all the way open. Or it may be plugged.

  6. Replace the flush valve. At the hardware store purchase a "Fluidmaster" flush valve. Shutoff the water valve to the toilet. Empty the water closet and sop out the remaining water in the bottom of the tank. Remove the inlet water line. Remove the old flush valve from the tank. You will need a pliers. Follow the instructions that comes with the new flush valve as an aid with the installation. Re-attach the water line and tighten the nut. Turn on the water to fill the tank to the water level mark. Adjust the water level as required by following the instructions with the new valve. Before you make any adjustment turn off the water supply. Then turn on the water to recheck the water level. The job will take 10 to 20 minutes.

  7. fill the tank in the back with about a gallon of water then try and flush

  8. Replace the flapper, its very cheap.  Replace the fill valve its a tiny investment at $10-15 and the newer ones are much quieter than the standard ballcock.  My favorite is the Korky quietfill.

  9. For most toilets, the little tube that goes from the ballcock the the overflow has dropped out and is not filling the bowl.

Lift the lid of the tank and see if there is a small diameter tube just kinda of like hanging there. If so, place it back so it will run water down the fill tube while the tank is filling up after a flush.

  10. There is a fill valve on the left hand side of your tank. At the top there is a little nipple that a rubber or plastic hose should be hooked up to. The other end of that hose should be inserted into the pipe in the center of the tank. Usually there is a clip to hold this hose in place. As the tank is filling that pipe allows the bowl to fill so sewer gas does not make its way back threw the p-trap.

  11. Verdugo: That means that the flapper inside the tank came off the hook. Open that water tank and look at the flapper. Time to replace all the parts inside. Go to home depot  you'll find all parts in there. Use the correct size too.

  12. First thing I would do is check the ball in the tank. Something may be preventing the ball from rising all the way as the tank refills. The tank needs to be full.

  13. The fill valve is probably clogged with lime & rust from the water line and the tank is not filling. You might need to replace it, Also the flapper could be worn out & is leaking which will also cause your toilet not to flush Also would cause tank not to fill too.
