  1. you need to replace/repair the rubber flapper in the tank. They get old and need replacing. Easy job.


  2. I say the flapper also. My husband just replaced ours yesterday after 6 mths of a small trickle all the time in the bowl. And he is a plumber!

  3. Look in the tank and check the fill level.

    If it's over the water feed line, the ball c**k needs adjusted and is not cutting off the flow.  This can be done by slightly bending the rod downward so the ball cuts off the flow.  CAREFULLY!

    If there is no ball, adust the water level as needed.

  4. yes, replace the flapper valve.....the black cap looking thing that attached to the flush handle....or if the water is flowing into the over flow tube then adjust the float ball....at the other end of the bar where the float ball is attached .....there is a adjustment s***w ( most of the time its a yellow plastic s***w ) turn it clock wise to adjust the ball down and until the water stops....or u can bend the float ball bar a bit to stop the flow of water
