Toilet paper bleach question?

so if a toilet paper claims to not be whitened with chlorine bleach, what IS it whitened with? What about toilet paper packaging, can the plastic contaminate the toilet paper in anyway? what about the production of tp? where is it harmful to the environment?

  1. I think you should be more concerned with post use contamination versus the production of toilet paper... give it a rest...

    Although here is one thought-you could use leaves.

  5. Strong hydrogen peroxide.   You can get 3% at the store, they use around 90%, mixed in with other chemicals.    Why does anyone need white toilet paper anyway?    Brown paper would be just as good, unles you want to inspect the contents after use.
