Toilett at work is broken? The back part doesn't have any water the chain isn't stuck.?

should I put water in it so there is something to flush? Someone had pee'd in the toilet but that is it with a small amount of tp so its not clogged. I'm not sure what to do but I'm pregnant and have to pee all the time so I need to fix this LOL please help.

Get someone to check the  float isn't stuck 'up' keeping the valve closed. Valve could be calcified and jammed. If you can't find water supply tap, a bucket of water is just as effective, but only acceptable in the short term. Pour it straight into the pan. The pan water acts as a seal between 'your' air and 'drain' air.

Tell your employer. They have a legal obligation to provide you with a toilet.
