What do u think?

When I was about 8, I was playing outside by myself. It was fall afternoon in Massachusetts so there were a lot of leaves. I was playing next to a fence that separated this old house no one lived in. It was abandoned and the teenagers used to go in there to see if they would get scared. I was playing and all of a sudden I saw something move very fast behind the fence. To describe it, it looked as if there was a string hidden under the leaves and something was pulling it up. So it looked like something running on top of the leaves except I couldn’t see it. I tried to run but I was completely frozen on the spot. I tried and tried but could not move. I remember tears rolling down my face because I was so scared and could not run. Then all of a sudden I could run. It was like someone un-paused a movie. I ran so fast that I almost fell forward from running too fast. I ran in the house and my mother asked me what was wrong. I said nothing and ate my dinner.

  1. That's really extraordinary! Its possible that you imagined something and fear was rooting you to the ground, or your nerve system told you not to move because of fear. This has happened to some people that they are so scared that their nervous system shuts down and they cannot move as signals from their brain cannot be sent. Eek. X

  2. WOW good for you......lol

  3. I never play with myself outside.  Always behind closed (and locked) doors.

  4. I have had similar things happen to me and I can't explain it.

  5. Sounds to me like the imagination of a typical 8 year old.

  6. that's really odd... it's not generally possible for spirits to physically control a person's movements.... but its possible that what you saw was real and that the thought/sight scared you enough that you got a major adrenaline dump that froze you.... i've never had that happen though i've had spirits in my basement on several occasions
