If you follow I-64 to I-295 to I-95... none that I've ever seen !!!  The Hampton Roads tunnel is free !

If you travel up I-64 toward Richmond and then go along I-95 to Arlington, there will be no tolls on that route.  The only part that I am uncertain about is crossing the harbor from Norfolk to Hampton Roads.  It's been years since I did that.  I don't remember any toll booth there, but I could be wrong.  In any event, even if there is a toll there--which I doubt--that would be the only one.
