Tom Mclean funeral protested by fundamentalist church...

So what do you think about the recent border crossing of fundamentalist who will picket the funeral of Tom Mclean, the young man stabbed to death and beheaded on a Greyhound bus, saying his death was punishment for Canada's view on abortion, same s*x marriages and adultery?

It's not surprising at all.  Those repulsive people have been doing things like this for years.  They only do it for attention.  They should be completely ignored.  I wish the media would stop giving those lunatics publicity.

Hey man, their actions are not right. Don't lump all fundies into that horrible category. Do they really think that what they are doing pleases Jesus? I don't think so. They are fanatics and following their own agenda, not Jesus'.  How in the world do they know personally that this was God's will on this poor fellow for the crimes of the country? They don't. They are misguided and in the end, will have to account for it. Know that they will be judged more harsly than the average Joe because they of all people, should know better, but don't. A dangerous place to be.

I regard the term "fundamentalist" to be synonomous with "idiot". By anyone's standards these are seriously disturbed people who ought to be incarcerated somewhere (maybe one of Canada's arctic islands). Fundamentalism shows a lack of clear thinking, a blind acceptance of dogma and just plain stupidity.
