Tom Waits Alice- General Production Question?

Out of curiousity, I have been scouring the internet for years trying to find some viable information about producing this show. All i come up with is dead ends.

Does anyone have any information on the publisher of the script (not record label the album was recorded on) or know anyone that was affiliated with the short run productions in New York or Europe during the mid 1990's?
