It is total blackout in Tirana, the electricity company says that a cat chased a mouse in electricity company and the company officials say that ''we never saw such ones..we took pictures''..They took pictures but there is total blackout for 72 hours. i read in the newspaper. what is your answer about electricity ? is it true ?
