Hi!  Basically, this is a "killswitch".  The purpose is to cut off the signal to a pickup, and can be installed on any guitar.  Check out these links:

I might be mistaken, but I believe he customized that guitar himself.  So they only way you could get one is to find out what he changed, and do it yourself.
