Tom tom go 520 with no speed cams??

IS THERE SOMETHING I NEED TO SWITCH ON OR A SETTING I HAVE TO CHANGE TO ACTIVATE THEM??

(ANS) First off I'm a TOM TOM ONE owner myself. OK! its my understanding that with some of the earlier versions of the Tom Tom SatNav did not include the speed camera locations for free. In other words you had to subscribe to the service via the Tom Tom website.

**I have noticed that in the last year the newer Tom Tom's now come with more features included than in the past. I think this has been done to keep Tom Tom's competitive with other makes. They have added extra features, like the help features.

**In your case my guess is that you will have to pay a fee and subscribe to the speed cameras as a Tom Tom PLUS service. If you go to the Tom Tom website you have to create a user profile & create a password and then login. After you have done this the site explains how tom tom + works and what you get from the this additional service.
