Question

my touch screen does not work where i point it,seemingly about an inch off the mark.

tried the reset button,no joy.

is there another way to fix ?

Are you using your finger and not the stylus provided?

Are you pressing to hard on the screen?

Hi, i've had mine for 4 months and i had the same trouble with mine, mine was an RAC one, i reset it and everything but no joy, so i took it back to the shop where i brought it and explained to them what was happening so they gave me a new one. I took it home and tried that one but it was doing the same (it froze), so i took it back again and told them that it wasn't working so they checked it and they said that there were a lot of them freezing and had alot of software problems. I would take it back to the shop and explain to them what is happening and that you have reset it and nothing is happening. Hopefully they will either send it away for you or they will give you a refund. I would advice you to take it back to the shop.
