Tomas Rosicky commits his future to Arsenal – Premier League Update
Arsenal midfielder and Czech international, Tomas Rosicky has gone on to state that he is committed to the Gunners and does not plan on leaving the team any time soon.
At the same time, the player has also stated that he is looking to try and end the Gunners trophy drought, in order to change everyone’s perception about the team.
Rosicky then went on to state that despite having spent most of the last season on the bench for the team, he was looking to contest for his spot in the team this upcoming season and that he was looking to go all out for the team.
In a recent interview, Rosicky is quoted to have said: "I don't want to go somewhere where I would have it easier and where even the ordinary life would be easier for me.
"I want to achieve something with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429.
"On Monday, I am starting pre-season with Arsenal.
"Before vacation I was speaking with coach Wenger and he told me he counted on my services and that there was no intention of selling me."
Rosicky was then asked how much he knew about the Cesc Fabregas, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Samir-Nasri-c32360 and Gael Clichy saga. After claiming that he was not sure about Nasri or Clichy, the player stated that he recently spoke to Fabregas about his future. However, the player then
went on to state that he would not be revealing anything at the moment.
Rosicky then went on to add: "I was talking to him on the phone recently, but I don't know.
"Even if I knew, I wouldn't tell.
"I would like to see him stay because he is a good mate as well as an excellent football player."
As it stands, Arsenal are now set to retain an aging midfielder that has spent more time on the recovery table, then on the pitch for the team. While on the other hand, Rosicky’s dubious comments seem to be signaling towards the end of Fabregas’s career
at the Emirates.
Nonetheless, despite Rosicky proving to be more than just a decent midfielder in the past, he would be highly unlikely to be able to fill in the midfielder’s shoes.
A the same time considering the fact that the Czech international is nearing retirement age, he is bound to be on his way out of the Emirates sooner rather than later. It is no secret that it is going to be close to impossible for Rosicky to become a regular
at the Emirates, as a result, it is now going to be a wait to see if the player actually decides to stick around with Arsenal after all.
