Tomato plants dieing why?

Question

We have about 4 or 5 varieties of tomato plants, and all the leaves on them are turning yellow and drying up, We are just starting to harvest the fruits but now all the new flowers are drying up and turning brown. The only variety that is not doing this are the black ones, all the reds are dieing off, I'm just wondering why. Our neighbors plants are doing perfectly fine.

They have what is called Beet leafhoppers
