Question:

Tomato plants yellow & curling?

I've planted 4 tomato plants and they are all having the same issue. Last year I did the same thing and had fantastic tomato plants but this year not so much. They are getting plenty of water & plenty of sun. I fear that I may have used too much manure this year? Or maybe they have some type of disease? If I have too much manure can I do anything about it? Can I dig them out and replace some of the soil with normal topsoil? Will they die since they are 2 months in the ground. Can I add something to the soil to counteract the manure?

If it is not a manure problem is there any recommended spray and/or soil amendment that I can add to see if it helps?

Not sure if it matters but these have produced some fruit so I don't think they are dead however they are probably going in that direction

  1. It sounds like it is the manure. Too much while the plants are small will kill them. Here is a good guide to grow tomatoes that addresses most common problems. It’s made a big difference on how my tomatoes have come out. http://molson5070.tomato1.hop.clickbank.net
