  1. Are these plants growing outside.  What most people call blight in tomatoes is a fungus called leaf spot.  It is carried in the soil and is transferred to the plants during heavy rain when soil is splashed onto the plants.  Later in the summer it will splash from low leaves to higher ones.  The way to deal with it is to mulch heavily with straw to prevent splashing form the ground.  After it is on the plant,  remove any affected leaves so it won't spread.  Keep the plants staked or caged so they won't be in contact with the ground.  Keep suckers pruned and don't overcrowd the plants so they will dry quicker after rain.  Miracle Grow or any other commercial potting soil should be sterile to keep things like this from happening.  If the containers are on the ground that is where the blight most likely came from.
