  1. It is easier to find a brunch on Sunday than on a Saturday.  You don't say where you are.  Check with your local nicer restaurants for someone that has brunch on Saturday.  

    I can only recommend breakfast places like Bob Evans or Cracker Barrell.  You might check with the nicer hotels in your area, too.  Congratulations on your 1st of many anniversaries.
