  1. Make sure you eat healthy, not a lot of junk. Load up on the carbs too. Have some pasta or bread or bagel or something. Then get to bed really early. Don't worry, you will be fine if you are prepared. Being nervous is a good thing because you will go faster! Good luck =)

  2. i have yrs of experience in long distance swimming training and competeing> eat carbs: pastas and drink gatorade

  3. I would say tonight...load up on your carbs (the major source of fuel for your metabolism) which is bread, pasta, beans, potatoes, rice, cereal, etc. Also keep hydrated - lots of water!

Try and get as much sleep as you can - you'll need it for tomorrow. As for breakfast, you won't want to eat a heavy meal otherwise you'll feel bloated and cramp up when it's time to swim. Try making a fruit smoothie - they go down easy and won't interfere with your preparation for the tournament.

I know it's hard not to be nervous - just do the best you can because it's all you can do. There will always be plenty of competitions. Good luck!

  4. baby food, gerber's.

  5. i'd read the phone book if i were you. its really boring. it'll knock you out in 10 seconds flat lol i dont know what you should eat tho...think healthy....healthy food.... :)
