Tomorrow, should I: join new church, goto bbq where I don't know most of the people, goto the beach, do work?

I would say join a new church. You can meet some pretty solid people there and since that wont take up much of your day, decide between the BBQ or beach based on your mood after church. BBQ= strangers, free food. Beach= sand, swimming, sun.

You actually take strangers advice to plan your daily activities? I suggest you join a therapy group instead of any of your other options.

Do all them in order, go to church, do some work, go to then beach, the go to bbq.

Go to the bbq, you will make new friends and you might end up at the beach anyway.
