Nope. There's no such thing as too small. Just be careful, have lots of fun, and keep the shiny side up! :-)

I would never recommend anything smaller then a 250 for the road. Be ready to sell it within a year because you out grew it.

No, it is not.

There is no such thing as "too small" for just learning, unless you have such long legs that they are in your chin.

I learned on a Twinstar, took my test and drove it for a year.  (I was 6' and 240 lbs.)

It's a wonderful bike and you'll love it.
