  1. You could DO without spelling DO as DUE.

Apartment manager should be able to help you get utilities started.

Main thing with the newbie is to verify how she will be paying for rent and utilities, how she is going to be moving her furniture, if she's going to have a part time job that will help her pay, how long she's planning on staying (this will let you know if you need to find another roomie to help pay for apartment expen$es).  Really all you have to do is get to be real good friends with her since you'll be living in the same apartment together, not to mention the same room.  The only thing you should really be worried about are EXPENSES.  This is kinda ugly, but MONEY can make or break friendships and ruin lives.

The only thing you and your roommates have to do is setup bills, furniture, responsibilities (cleaning, food shopping, etc.).  The moving part and getting set-up part is gonna be the biggest project.  All of you are going to have to show some initiative and responsibility to ensure a successful move-in and also to make sure that everything is well set up for the future.

    Hope this helps!

  2. Well first of all, you can start by not worrying about anyone or anything... If you just go one step at a time, you will get to know that person well like you do with those 2 other girls. Everything has it's time... Hope I helped.
