Tomorrow evening I have a pilates class?

Question

It is held at the ballet studio at which I take ballet classes. I have no idea what I should wear... a leotard? Just clothes I can move in?

I also have no idea what to expect. Enlightenment would be much appreciated.

i wear a leo and tights to pilates only cuz i have ballet afterwards.... i usually wear yoga pants or athletic shorts and a tank... just wear either a leo with pants and a tank or wear a running bra with a tank.... its pretty much like what u wear to yoga...

Wear a tank top or tshirt and yoga/dance pants/shorts.

You're right, basically just clothes you can move in.

As for what to expect there will be some movement that look/feel weird/funny, like lying on the ground and lifting your legs till your toes touch the ground over your head. But just try to do it the way the instructor says and it really helps!!! Especially if you do ballet, it will help you get long and lean muscle.
