I have never babysat for any kids with autism before, any tips or ideas on what i should bring or do?

Since your case is to babysit, I believe you and their parents wouldn't want any trouble to happen that day. Ask their parents about the twins' favorite activities. Perhaps they like to play with blocks or tissue or rubber band. My boy used to line up blocks, I taught him to build things instead. Now he builds the train, car, trucks...

You might try to engage all three in games but don't expect immediate or any response at all. Perhaps the safest way is to give all boys activities and keep an extra eye on the twins.
