Toner for sensitive, dry, oily face?

I want a face toner that also cleans and shrinks pores and cleans any left-over make up from my face that didn't come off with my face-wash.

I use Clinique Visible Difference Toner.  It comes for different skin types, is gentle and should do all the things that you want it to.  I wouldn't skip moisturizing, but you might not need as thick a one as you are using.  This is probably why you don't like the feel of it.  Clinique also puts out a Visible Difference lotion that is light, hardly feels like you have it on.  If you don't use a moisturizer of some kind you may find your skin will start aging prematurely.  Hope this helps.

With sensitive skin you are pretty much limited.  Nueutrogena Alcohol Free Toner is a good one.

No, you can't skip moisturizing.  If you don't moisturize you aren't returning moisture to your skin.  Those dry parts will get drier an the oily parts will get oiler and you'll probably break out.  If you don't like the feel you should switch moisturizers.

If your oily skin is sensitive, try an oil free toner that has no alcohol. I use Neutrogena's Alcohol Free Toner and it's really good. NEVER go without moisturizer when you wash your face. You should wash, tone, and moisturize twice a day and use a special eye cream around your eyes since that area is especially sensitive. Don't believe anyone that tells you moisturizer is not necessary if your skin is oily because all skin types can dry out, especially after washing. Skipping moisturizer will only cause your skin to put out more oil, and since your skin is sensitive, moisturizer is important, because without it, your skin can become irritated. Just be sure you use moisturizer that's oil-free. It will hydrate and soothe your skin without making it more oily. Olay has a product line of moisturizers that are good for that.
