Toner won't come out of my hair!?

Everytime I use toner in my hair (after bleaching) it seems to stay in my hair, with the weird feeling to it and strong smell, even after multiple shampooing and standing under the shower for a long time.

I know hair toner can be harmful if left in the hair too long, so that's why i worry. Is it alright or should I get back in the shower again?

toner is hair color. that's why it feels like that and it won't shampoo out. if the color isn't right then you have (more of) a problem.

make sure to rinse well; towel dry; apply conditioner; rinse well with cool water.

I've never had toner do that to my hair.

I say flip open the phone book, pick any salon, then call them up and ask.
