Tong dak, Korean chicken, recipe?

I recently had this at a Korean restraunt, and want a recipe so I can make it myself. It looks like what is in the below pictures, and is very hot and spicy.

I don't know if I've ever tried tong dak, but I have tried another Korean chicken recipe. It's Korean style grilled chicken, and it is oh so good. The recipe is linked below.

The chicken you had is coated in a pepper paste, which is sold in Korean supermarkets.
