  1. you should contact your dental hygentist (at the dentist) and have them take a look at it. It may be a result of brushing inproperly or smoking and or chewing. But no mater what yo should a dentist.

  2. It could be geographic tongue.  My three year old has this.  It is genetic and will come and go.  Certin foods will taste strange.  Try vitamin C.

  3. they could be just fever blisters. i get those too. i usually get them after walking around without shoes on. im pretty sure it has nothing to do with the whole sexual part. just check with a dentist to make sure.

  4. Definitely get to your dentist as soon as possible so what you are describing can be attended to.  It does sound like a fungal infection which can be caused by stress, medications and certain illnesses.  Your dentist can give you a prescription that will take care this.  (There is nothing over the counter available for purchase.)  The sooner you go, the sooner you will get rid of the infection.  It can spread to other parts of your body, so it is important to have it checked out.  There is no reason to try and tough it out and endure unnecessary pain.
