so i decided to do a little "floride" deal..no clue what to call it.

kinda swished tooth paste and held it in my mouth for about 15 minutes to help strengthen my teeth(no money for rinses or anything so don't suggest it please!)

anyways, when i was don't my tongue felt like it had cuts on it and was burning(didn't actually have them just felt like it) I didn't rub the paste against my tongue or anything so anyone know that the heck happened?

  1. maybe its to strong :) either get a weaker one or add a bit of water.

  2. That happens to me when I use listerene, it may have been put on your tongue directly even though you think it didn't.  Or maybe it happened indirectly somehow like it just scraped your tongue a little bit. Nothing to worry about though you'll be fine.
