if i gt my tongue pierced would i be able to work 6 hours later. i work ina super market and will be doing shop floor

you will be able to work, but your tongue will be swollen, so your speech may be slightly impaired. i didn't have any problems with talking until a few days afterward, but my friend had a lisp almost immediately. it all depends on you and how you heal. put ice in your mouth immediately after the piercing and it will reduce swelling. other than talking funny for a couple of days, you will be able to do everything else as normal.

Yes. Youre tongue is only going to be swollen but you can do everything else like you normally would.
