no, not a lot. but it bled a little.

if you are planning on getting this done, or already have, put ice in your mouth immediately afterwards. it will reduce the swelling, which you definitely will want to do

Mine definitely did- though I also got 2 pierced at the same time and am naturally a bleeder.

I bled for a good 20 minutes or so.  Had blood dripping out of my mouth for the first 5 minutes. ha
