The Bayern Munich attacker reckons that the Dutchman must be retained at any cost following his recent outstanding form.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arjen-Robben-c6521 must be handed a contract extension after much has been speculated regarding his future at the club. Robben is currently in the form of his life and there are doubts whether the winger would
stay at the club or leave at the end of this season.
Robben has scored seven times in his last three appearances in all competitions which displays his sheer class. Kroos stated that the Dutchman is important to Bayern’s chances and a player like him should not be allowed to leave
the club. He mentioned that Robben could turn things around and there should not be any doubts over his contract extension.
While talking to a sports publication, TZ, Kroos further added: "We know that he can put in performances like he has done in recent weeks. That's why he can always be an important player for us. There should not even be a discussion
about his future.”
The midfielder accepted that Robben came under pressure to perform after the winter break but insisted that a player cannot be judged after one or two bad games. He specified that the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Netherlands-c753 international is a complete player
and considering his past achievements for the club, no one should doubt his abilities.
"You have to look at the general picture. You can't say after one bad game that he should leave, and then stress after a good game that he deserves a new deal all of a sudden. You should have a general opinion of a player and then
decide whether he should stay or go," Kroos concluded.
The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 player has played a significant role to close the gap on Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga and leading the team into the quarter-final of the UEFA Champions League. The winger has scored 38 goals in all for
the Munich giants from 55 outings since joining from Real Madrid in 2009.
With eight games remaining this season, Robben could even inspire his side to a treble as Bayern are paired with Borussia Monchengladbach in the semi-final of the German Cup.
