The Bayern Munich midfielder has expressed his delight on the win against VfB Stuttgart in the German Cup and is targeting to win the competition.

Kroos claimed that Bayern were sensational in the game and insisted that his side dominated from the very start of the match. He hailed that determined display from his team and is confident that the win will bring the season back
on track. He added that the win was extremely important as the Munich giants have been disappointing since the start of the second-half of the campaign.
“We were outstanding. We dominated the match from the first minute until the last, we shut them out, and we played very good attacking football. The team is capable of controlling matches for 90 minutes, but we actually have to
go out and do it. Today we succeeded,” the former Bayer Leverkusen player was quoted as saying in an interview.
On the other hand, manager Jupp Heynckes expressed his pleasure on the performance and is confident that Bayern will fight back in the Bundesliga as well to regain the top spot. He admitted that it has been a tough past few weeks
for his side but is confident of a turnaround in the remaining course of the season.
