Kroos admitted to the heavy work load these days but wanted to represent his club regularly. He opined that the club could achieve domestic silverware if they maintain their consistent run.
While talking to Goal.com, the 21-year-old further enthused:
"Of course, we play a lot games and it's quite intense. However, the coach gives us a day off regularly between the various games. And I'm only 21, I can deal with a few games. If I'm feeling injured, I will obviously inform the coach about it. I'm feeling very well though, so that's not really an issue at the moment."
The midfielder also reflected on his team’s emphatic win over Villarreal in the Champions League, allowing them to finish atop their group with a game in hand. He congratulated his teammates on progressing through to the next round and wished to play the final of the competition, scheduled to take place at Allianz-Arena.
"We knew that we had a chance of securing top spot if we won our game. I didn't pay any attention to the other game [http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Napoli-c40003 2-1 Manchester City]." Kroos concluded.
