Question:

Toning legs very very quickly?

i lost about 10 pounds in the last month. and i have a dance comp coming up next week. i need to tone my legs extra extra fast

any idea how

i was thinking 1 hour on the treadmill

1 hour on the exercise bike

do you think this would work

  1. definitely do lunges and if u can hold weights at your sides then do that at the same time.  


  2. leg lifts. lie in the ground like you are about to do a crunch...leave your hands against your sides. than lift your legs [stretched and pointed toes] up and down about 50-100 times. do not touch the floor.

    you can also try that with your knees slightly bent.

    also, switch legs. left up, right down. vice versa.
