I am not over weight by any means although I definitley wouldnt wear a bikini to the beach, I want to lose maybe 3-4 kilos...I have 1 very small problem that is holding me back-Im a huge drinker....its hard because I like all alcohol!I have been trying to buy zero sugar mixers and reduce my intake but its hard!Also I could do with a bit of exercise?!Any advice????
